Interactive team case study with 5 teams competing in parallel, around 7 members per team. The exercises presented to the teams ranged from putting activities of a process in order to ethical questions. There were mentors observing the teams from a fair distant not only focusing on challenge outcome but also on the team interactions and quality of discussions. This was followed by a one-on-one interview.
