Two day process which includes an entire evening of job descriptions, missions statements, and history. The second day includes a walk around of their processing plant then the interviews. The process was frustrating because the people discussing their jobs were not offering the same jobs to a handful of us. The require in the average five years of “field time” before you can move into a more family friendly environment.
