They asked me to give a 45 minute long talk about my research, followed by a series of 30 minutes one-on-one meetings with several managers, HR, and other team members. In some of these meetings they asked me how I would approach certain problems, and in others it was a free form discussion about the company and my goals.

Very profesional, and the process works very well. Normally, it will take like 3~4 interviews to finally determine whether you are good or not to fill the opening. All the interviews are very professional and well organized.
