there are 4 stages to secure a position as an intern or known as a vacation trainee:-
1. phone interview (lasted for 15 minutes)
2. group interview (composed of 4/5 peoples per group)
3. Iq test (physics, math, and English)
4. face to face interview (lasted for 30 minutes or more)

The interview will last about 20 minutes maximum. At this stage, we will talk and discuss about our personality, experience, and career aspiration. Tips : just be your self and be genuine.
