A couple weeks before the interview they grouped all the interviewees into small groups of about 3 or 4 and assigned us a topic about something the company does. Then we had to work with out group to prepare a presentation about that topic. The company flew 14 of us out to Texas for a 2 night stay. Pretty much the whole weekend was a group interview. The first night was introductions, dinner, and our presentations. There were also a couple silly little games meant to be ice breakers. The second day was tours of various job sites in the area. Lunch was provided at Subway. When we got back to the hotel mid-afternoon, we all hung out by the pool while they called us in one by one for individual interviews. The interview wasn't very long and I didn't feel I got to say or ask everything I wanted to. Dinner was provided at The Cheesecake Factory. The next morning everyone flew home.
