The recruitment process at yesterday was very disappointing because it did not respect time, making it seem unprofessional. The registration schedule was from 8 to 10, but at 8 o'clock, it was not ready, and registration only started from 9 to 11. The waiting process for the announcement was unclear; some received it quickly, while many received it late. What should have been a 3-minute interview stage was conducted from 2 to 4, and I only received the email for that stage at 4 o'clock, and in the end the interview stage, extending the time until after 5. Perhaps this is the most unprofessional recruitment process I have ever participated in.

3 Mins Interview to "Vibe Check" and test your english, then HR Interview, then User Interview. In my opinion, it's better to be as natural as possible, but prepare your technical knowledge and professional attitude.
