Disorganized, unprofessional, a waste of time. The pre screening call was normal, but still they could not seem to properly describe the role. The interview was then scheduled and I was to meet with the Product Delivery team’s lead. He was a no call/no show. I agreed to reschedule for later in the day as unexpected scheduling conflicts caused the first issue. He then DID NOT SHOW up for the 2nd rescheduled time! In my 20 year career I have NEVER seen an interview process this disorganized and DISRESPECTFUL to my time. They offered to reschedule for a THIRD time and I declined. Absolutely not worth my time and they will never find a quality candidate with this much chaos. Interviews should be mutually respectful of everyone’s time involved and treated as a priority meeting- that is - IF you are serious about the hiring process, which they proved they are NOT.
