I was first contacted by the Recruiting Manager who then sent me up the chain to talk with a PM. Once I had the opportunity to go through my experience and I was deemed a good fit for the company, I talked with the Integrated Program Planning and Controls Manager. Once my qualifications were excepted and part of the team, my first deployment also required an interview , but that was mostly tool and experience related. Overall a great process.
