I applied online. I interviewed at SMS (New York, NY) in Jan 2015
Interview
Phone call. Low vetting. Seems they turn em. Average leggy of stay is short. Always hiring. They provide leads which are what they are, questionable. You hope to meet someone and present. High drop out rate.
Weak, and no investment in its reps, as they want you to train for 40 hrs for free, before they even offer you a straight commission position, so zero investment in a new potential rep.
