I applied online. The Professor recruit me. After one semester I was transferred to another professor who is very mean to me. There is no assigned computer. I have to use my own PC to do the research.

it takes two weeks after submission of job to get phone interview. The interviewer is pretty nice guys and interview was done in pretty respectful manner. after a couple of days they asked me to come for on-site interview and everything passed fine until getting the formal offer. I felt very comfortable.
