FULL day interview process with no less than 6 different areas affiliated with the Cox school. I was interviewed by at least 20 people (some in small groups, some as individual interviews) over the course of a single day. It was a 2-round interview process that involved making the final round and having to interview with 1-2 administrative personnel and a group of MBA students to close the deal.
The students were pretty easy to converse with, but the dean-level interviews were tough. Candidates should know the Cox School rankings- and history of rankings (for ALL MBA-level offerings) very well- and be able to state why they can improve upon those rankings given the competition of other schools in their category. You have got to show definitive outcomes and measurable results for getting this job. You should be able to discuss a personal 30-90 day strategy to be utilized post-hire. (GREAT RESULTS/OUTCOMES=HIGHER PROGRAM RANKINGS)
