Had one video interview and another in-person interview with a group. Both interviews went great, I enjoyed the questions and engagement in both interviews. My only issue was the lack of communication/follow up. After the first interview, I didn't hear back for almost 4 weeks. After the second interview, I was told I would hear back after the weekend. That was in fact not the case. I finally heard back a week after. So, by the time I got the rejection email, I was already over it. Safe to say, I was not crushed when I didn't get the position. Do better in communicating with your potential candidates!
