A recruiter from SNI Companies found my resume online and contacted me about an open HR position. After an initial phone screen and brief face to face meeting, I was told by the SNI recruiter that the employer was already in the interview process with several other candidates. I was urged to interview as soon as possible and ended up meeting with the employer that same week. The interview went extremely well with the employer, and they were interested in a second round interview. When I went to follow-up with the SNI recruiter, she told me she'd give me an update within the next week. I was told not to contact the employer directly. I followed up two weeks later with the SNI recruiter to see what the status was and never even heard a simple "no" back. I wouldn't recommend interviewing through this company as it ended up being such a colossal waste of time.
