I came on site to SNI to do an entry interview for one of their clients. During the conversation, they said I'd be better suited to work for them and brought in the Regional AVP, who talked me into joining SNI. I recommend negotiating salary right there and then. No formal interview questions, rather a conversation about past professional experience.
