None, just training then a long wait to go overseas. They don't tell you right away that although you may finish training, there may not be any immediate openings. I graduated from the course in February and did not get place,eat till August.

There is no actual interview as long as your resume shows that you meet the Department of State's minimum hiring requirements. When the recruiter calls/emails you they will have you complete the DoS BIO form and once the DoS approves your BIO, you will be scheduled for a two week course.
