SOLV Energy Analyst interview questions

Applied online and received an email to schedule interview. Talked with the recruiter first, then got moved on. The next person I spoke to did not feel very interested in me for the role, which is why I was surprised to get moved on to the next stage. The next person I spoke to felt much better, and everything seemed like I would receive an offer. The stages moved quickly, but then it took 2 weeks to get a generic rejection email. Feels like I was just used to meet a quota rather than given an actual opportunity to interview for the company.
