SOPREMA Canada interview questions

Had an initial phone interview with HR, Took quite a long time to receive word that I was wanted for a second in person interview. That was with 2 department heads. Went for about an hour. Great experience with a good conversation about my qualifications and their expectations. Still going through the interview process. Waiting on interview 2.

First there was a phone interview with HR. That interview was roughly 15-20 minutes, explaining your work experience, expectations, etc. The second interview was face to face with two department managers. The questions were relevant, pertaining to your experience. There were just a couple behavioral interview questions. The interviewers were friendly, gave positive feedback, and there was some casual conversation as well. The second face to face interview lasted maybe 45 minutes. The interview was easy and an overall good experience, although I later received an email stating the moved forward with another candidate, and they would keep my info on file....quite disappointing because I really wanted the position and felt I was more than qualified.
