Interview
Applied online and heard back the next day about scheduling a phone interview. Phone interview was average in difficulty with a mix of standard behavioral questions, but there wasn't much logical flow to the questions that were asked. Phone interview promptly ended once we started discussing salary ranges. Potential salary was far below my ask as well as the industry average, and it was clearly communicated that there was no room for negotiation.

Interview
Was invited to an informational interview and it was very informal but helpful learning about the culture. The company seems great to work with, but did not get a call back even though the informational interview went really well.
Really great, each interview felt stress-free and genuine. Process was a bit extensive but never felt overbearing. I went through a few zoom calls and a job shadow. Each call answered all of my questions about the company and made me confident in choosing to accept.
