I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SPS Commerce (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2016
Interview
Applied for the job with the recommendation from a recruiting company. The individual was not aware of this recommendation and did not seem to have any knowledge about me from my application or resume. Tried to ask questions about the company but individual had difficult time answering them as he had only been working there for a short time. Seemed to be reading off of a script and not paying attention to my answers. Did not receive further interview. When I requested feedback I was told other applicants had more experience than me. I pressed for feedback on my interview and was told "I do not have any further feedback at this time." Told me to get more sales experience and apply again in 6 months. Seemed unprofessional.

1st phone interview, 2nd onsite interview with district sales manager, sales manager, sales training manager and sometimes the VP of Sales.
