Manager video call then they flew me out to do panel interviews. Breakfast, they did a presentation, and next was three, 3-person panel interviews. The other applicants and I stayed at a hotel, and I enjoyed the experience. Mainly asked about my resume but there was one panel that was technical. My strategy was to be personable and marketable. It was obvious they cared about competence but also personality fit. I could tell the managers and executives that interviewed me were excited and passionate.
