Their process is completely broken and unprofessional. A recruiter contacted me and I interviewed with HR and two other people. All said they liked what they heard, this was over the course of three months. Then dead silence, no emails, no phone calls, nothing.
Really if I was unemployed I would have been ticked at the complete lack of professionalism over the "Ghosting". Thankfully I was just looking to make a change.
