The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn to set up an interview. Conducted via a telephone call and interview process took about 30 minutes. The recruiter was ill-prepared, it took the first 3-5 minutes of the interview to pull my resume and was asking me questions like "did I reach out to you via LinkedIn or by email". "are you located in the metropolitan area", which the city and state of where I live were clearly stated on my resume, or "do you have a Masters degree", which was also listed on my resume, it seems like the recruiter didn't review my resume prior to the interview nor prepare for the interview.
