I applied online from a postion I found on Indeed. I got an email very soon and had four interviews on the phone/Skype over the process of a week. I think they had been interviewing many people for the position with no luck, and were very interested in finding someone. The impression I got was that they hire many people through their employee referral process.

Was asked basic behavioral questions. I was emailed a week later saying I had made it to the 2nd round and that they'd contact me to set up a 2nd interview. I have since then never heard back from them, and sent them an email inquiring about the position. They did not respond, and I am going to assume they have rejected me. Still, it's quite a despicable thing to do if you ask me. Judging from their behavior and deceit, I wouldn't work for them.
