Interview
Lengthy, same day process. You will interview with 3 or 4 supervisors. You will then meet with HR right after. I was given a same day offer of employment. The whole process took about 5 hours.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SRC (Charlottesville, VA)
Interview
Very organized interview process, consisting of a phone screen and a second interview with both technical and behavioral questions by different interviewers. Technical questions are of moderate difficulty and straightforward. Behavioral questions will likely require you to talk about past experiences listed on resume.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: Talk about your favorite technical project in the past and the difficulties you faced with. Q: Talk about a time you made a mistake and you had to admit it to your colleagues/supervisors.
Total 3 sessions, each about an hour long. Asked behavioral type questions and also asked about things on your resume. Don't bother interviewing, I got ghosted after still waiting for reply after 1 year+
