Phone screen interview which two people at the other end of the line are asking technical questions. After the screening, I got an email from HR saying the phone screen went well and that they are trying to set up a in-person interview. That never happened, instead, he told me in an email that they are no longer moving forward with my application. So, the fact that he said the phone screening went “well” got my hopes up.
