Company had a about a dozen postings on LinkedIn. Some showed lots of activity and some showed none. I applied on line. Phone interview first. Then in person interview scheduled, then cancelled, then scheduled again. Got they feeling they didn't do this often. I was asked canned questions by HR. When I asked HR for a copy of the benefit package they said they don't show that until I accept an offer. One of the technical interviewers described the benefits to me. Technical interview went well. Then I was then told the job posting was on hold due to some business issue. A couple weeks later they called again with a very low offer for a different job title. I explained that was not the title I interviewed for and they said they would check. I got a call back with an offer for the job I interviewed for, but with the various delays and hold time I already had an offer from another local company for 10% higher. I asked if they could match my other offer and they said no.
