SSAB Inside Sales interview questions

The person I interviewed with was very responsive to emails to set up a time to come in and interview. Interview went really well I thought, He said he would get back to me the next week to let me know something. I sent a follow up email and I called and left a message. I have never heard back. It is fine I did not get the position but be professional, if you say you will let someone know do that.
