The interview process was very efficient and structured. The process consisted of a phone interview, in-person interview with two employees, and then the offer. Once given an offer, you go through a background check, reference check, skills evaluation, and some medical information. The whole process was a very good experience and the hiring personnel at SSM Health are very friendly and positive.

Once this is finished, you receive an email confirming it was successfully received. It's now been one week since I finished it. I haven't heard anything just yet. This was a three part interview. There was one over the phone with a recruiter. The next step I had to submit a video answering various questions. The video was a little different from anything I’ve ever done in the past but I didn’t find it difficult. Lastly was a panel interview with 3 supervisors where the took turns asking questions.
