I applied online. I interviewed at SSM Health (Madison, WI) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was exactly what I had imagined it to be. Greatest strength, weakness, problems with coworkers, managing time. What I put in preparing for the interview set me apart from the people who didn’t get the position. I interviewed for two positions on the same day and was offered both positions.
I interviewed at SSM Health (Lake Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
Three step interview, first interview was phone call virtual for the second interview, in person for third and final interview. HR team members take awhile to return phone calls / respond to emails. Everyone has been friendly.
Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.
You get contacted by the recruiter who works with the department director. You would interview with the director and often an interview with a few of the staff from the department.
