I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SSM Health (Madison, WI) in Nov 2018
Interview
First interview was over the phone by the Talent Aquisition Specialist. She asked more about my previous jobs, and why I left my last one. After interviewing with her, I moved on to meeting one one with the Manager of the Madison scheduling. It was in her office. Her office was very inviting. She asked about 20 or so questions, most of them behavioral based. I did not prep for this interview. I have alot of life experience, so I chose my answers based on real-life situations. It may have taken a moment to think of one, but I did. It sounded much more me, and more honest that way. I think that is something that this manager appreciated, rather than rehearsed answers. I answered all her questions, even the one I was dreading about why I left my last job.

Phone interview went well. I applied initially for another position, but my availability was not what they were looking for, so they made this job for me. The in person interview was very relaxed.
