It was fine.
It has 3 steps to begin with. An online test round, a GD based interview with the HR and final panel interview. If you clear all three you are in!

Interview
Protocol followed by SSi People is always good. Interviewers are well versed and they don't put you a tough questions which is irrelevant and they made it very easy. I had the basic screening done by a recruiter and he gave me all the details. There was 2 managerial round and they questioned regarding the work relayed to recruitment and skill set that I have worked for.
