There were 2 rounds of interview. Was selected and offered, they made me resign from current job as I accepted the offer, then took 3 weeks for background check, finally when BGC was cleared, I was asked on Saturday afternoon if I can start on Monday. I requested if its possible to join on following Monday as I planned for vacation due to delay in BGC. on Tuesday I was informed that offer was withdrawn without any communication in between.
