SSi People interview questions

1. First round was GD for a group of 15 and it was followed by 2. Second round of Face to Face HR interview for the shortlisted candidates of GD

It was a pool placement.First round was the GD. Topics were very simple like pros and cons of advertisements , demonitization, pros and cons of social media, digital india etc. second round was wrtten apti where there were questions on grammer, mathemaatics, analytics. Final round was HR where they asked the basic questions like Tell me about yourself, why you need to work in ssi, what are your strength and weakness, Are you ok with nigth shift jobs, about our previous interviews, and they'll mainly stressed on my family backround ,but i didnt understand why was that actually.
