Came in person for interview and had a tour. Then met with the team I would've potentially been working for, then some program quality engineers next. So basically a tour then 2 rounds of interviewing. This was after the initial phone interview. After the in person it took a long time (I think about a month) to hear back.

Had a good conversation with the hiring manager as it was also a very insightful sharing session about the industry experience. The interview process call was fairly quick as well, I received the first call within a week of my application.
