Interview
Recruitment agency contacted me and asked if I was interested to apply. Within less than a week, got notified for an interview.
First interview with 5 - 6 project managers asking mostly about my work/project experiences and whether I would be okay with working in their environment such as red zone, which part of the SDLC was I more comfortable with or am I okay with doing maintenance.
Second interview with 1 project manager. Same as first interview, mostly talking about my previous experiences. And also introducing me to the type of project that the team is doing.
Got notified that they will be offering me within few hours and got offer letter a week later after some clearance.
For those wondering why they do not turn on their camera is because they're in redzone so their laptops/desktops do not have cameras.

Interview
Had 3 different interviews with different teams. Was told by the 1st interviewer that she will get back to me, nearing my graduate date, wanted to text her for follow-up but message was unable to send through. All 3 interviews asked the same questions , theres 0 communication across the teams
The interview process was quite straightforward. It started with an introduction about myself, my background, and my previous projects. The interviewers asked about my technical skills, especially in software development, C++, debugging, and project experience. They also asked some behavioural questions to understand how I work in a team and handle problems. Overall, the interview was professional and manageable.
For Interview difficulty, choose:
Short meeting, asking basic administrative questions. Mentioned that a technical test will be held, but never got back to me. Emails are ignored and unacknowledged, completely unprofessional behavior and pathetic display from the HR
