Talent Acquisition was fast and responsive, interviewers were friendly and the interview process was overall nice and it was relatively quick to know the result. It was a mix of technical discussion and seeing if the candidate was a good fit for the role and the team.

Interview was quick and get to know you basis. Just have to tell your experience or what you studied in school. Not much different from other interview i went at the same time.

Interview
2 Managers took turns to brief me on company rules, job scope, rules and benefits. Strictly emphasize on security.
Mentioned that they preferred guys from the RSN, those guys will get permanent positions upon enrolling but for the others, they have to grind for a year before they convert you from contract based positions. Be ready for a pay + benefit cuts when you cross over from he military sector. Pay wise, you have to fight with HR Dept if you find it too low to your liking.
