The interview was initially delayed by about 40 minutes due to the HR representative being on a late lunch. Despite this wait, the interview itself went well and lasted around 30 minutes. The questions primarily focused on the scope of work, as they are seeking someone with more experience.

Unprofessional interview process. The interviewer late for the virtual interview, she didn't on her camera but requested interviewee to on the camera.
The interviewer told the interviewee that they will notify the interviewee the outcome within 2 weeks no matter he/she is selected or not. 1 month past, they just ghost the interviewees. If they don't wanna interact with unselected candidate, please don't make a statement that they're surely notify the interviewee the outcome.
