I applied online. I interviewed at STG International in Nov 2016
Interview
I had three very detailed interviews with the recruiter and two with different other ones with STGi management. Everything went well until I was asked to go to San Francisco to meet with the Regional Specialist team for a "meet and greet" after they had offered me the job with a job letter. After the "meet and greet" I did not hear anything back from them on the mean time I had already moved to California signed a lease agreement which I had to break after I received a recind letter on the offer of employment after I followed up three weeks later to ask my start date. I was not offered any explanation despite my emails and phone calls, they went totally ignored. I lost about three thousand dollars between the break of the lease agreement, the flight I had to pay for my "meet and greet" and overall the cost of the relocation. Terrible Management Practices. In addition, after I got the phone call offering me the position and I received the offer letter I quit my job to relocate to San Francisco.
