I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at STRAND (Irving, TX) in Oct 2012

Found the job on Craigslist. I sent an e-mail and was called a few days later to come in for an interview. The interview consisted of some basic questions regarding my experience. The majority of the interview was spend doing a timed test on AutoCAD. The interview process was totally informal, and the interviewer seemed surprised when I ask him questions.
