It started with a phone interview with personality questions and some technical knowledge questions. A follow up web meeting with a variety of personality, work history/traits, and some interesting scenario questions. The interviewers assured that they would let the candidate know regardless of the outcome. I appreciate that they don't leave you hanging like so many other employers tend to do.
