Interview
Found out about job fair from Facebook. Went with resume at 12:00 (it was from 10-7). There must have been about 100 people there. Apparently they had to bring in extra help to interview. Post had said they were hiring on the spot. After waiting two hours, finally called into a big room to interview (probably 29 tables in there with other interviews). Interview was about 30 minutes - went extremely well. I was given a choice of 2 positions with different responsibilities and pay. Recruiter said no reason not to proceed. Back to the main room and sat for another 39 minutes before being called into another room to take 2 assessment tests. Back to the main room for another 20 minutes. Finally called into a small room with about 6 other people only to be told the first training class was full, but they were making calls the next two weeks for July and August classes. Had I known, I would have been there when the doors opened! Regardless, got the call and offer this week for the July class!
