I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SWIFT (Mumbai) in Mar 2020
Interview
The Hiring process was very smooth because of the Talent Acquisition Team who shortlisted my profile and the Technical Team who actually conducted the interview
Very professional approach w r.t the interview and wonderful teams to get you throughout the process!!!!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SWIFT (Brussels) in Feb 2018
Interview
The process was divided in 3 interviews. First interview with the HR, second with two bosses of the team, the third interview was with boss of the department of support.
the two first interviews were good in my perspective and from the feedback that I received, there I got the usual soft skills questions and also technical questions. All the process went good apart of the third interview.
The third interview with boss of the department was arranged to be face to face, however, due to some unavailability from the part of the boss, she decided to do it by phone call, it was not even optional to postpone to another day. In my opinion this is an unprofessional and disrespectful to a candidate, special after all succeeded face to face interviews the last interviews was the one where she decided to not accept my application, because apparently I was not enough motivated for the position.
