Even if after the interview for me it was impossible to work with people unable to build an interest in others. After several weeks without news, I sent them a note saying that they could close my application because I was no longer interested in working for them. scandalous! and candidate experience in all this? The name and notoriety are not enough anymore it is important to understand that today it is win-win situation people are looking for. You must also prove that you deserve the talent that interests you.
