Saatva Creative Director interview questions

In lieu of a resume, I was asked to write a two-page essay about my "hero's journey". After spending several hours to put my best effort into it, I haven't heard a word. It's not sour grapes that I didn't get hired, I'm disappointed that after asking a candidate to invest substantial time to apply, they couldn't take 30 seconds to send a form letter. This tells me everything I need to know about the character of this company.
