I was asked to come in for an interview. I showed up to the "office" (in actuality, a townhouse in south Austin) for the interview. I interviewed with two employees. At the end of the interview they tell me that they would like me to meet with another employee, and that they will follow up with contact information. I wait a few days and hear nothing. I reach out to the point person for the hiring of this position, and was given the contact information of the person I was to interview with. I reach out several times and eventually get a meeting setup. A couple of hours prior to the agreed upon time, they abruptly cancel the meeting and say they will need to reschedule. At this point, all Saatva employees stop responding to me. I never hear anything back. I was interviewing with other companies at the time and eventually get an offer that I take. This place is a mess that doesn't respect the time of potential employees. I can't imagine what it must be like to work there. I honestly feel like I dodged a bullet.
