I spoke first with the lady that would be my supervisor. I was so excited after speaking with her on the phone. She came across as straight forward yet kind. When I came for the interview I knew immediately that I wanted the job. I consider the person that I work for more important than the money, and I knew that I would like working for her. There was a CAD test and a short period of 1 on 1 interview time and then a couple of other people came in to talk with me too. I told my future supervisor, before I left, "I want this job". I was thrilled when she called to make an offer just a couple of weeks later.
