Drove into town, arrived early but interviewer was about an hour late. Smirked at me when interview started. He didn't seem to take an active lead, and I didn't have a good feeling about the interview, but he did say that he would recommend me for further steps. Further interviews with senior management were rather flat and the final interview was cut short by the interviewer after he had previously cancelled to reschedule, telling me that it was so "I would have all the time that I deserved". I was never given any feedback after the last interview - they just ghosted me. Quite disappointing given the "family culture" touted by the senior managers on their professional social media profiles. Lone bright spot was one senior manager who brought me into his office and chatted me up before the first interview when it was clear the interviewer wasn't going to show up on time.
