2. Get HireVue interview (behavioral) it also contains coding assignment that you must complete in 15 minutes, pretty easy.
3. Skype with manager, talk about strengths and weaknesses, ask questions about the program etc etc
Applied in Jan, first interview was a couple weeks later. A month later the Skype. A month later the offer.
I like their process, it was a lot more humane than the grilling I took at a similar company.
