I almost forgot that I applied for the job because I received recruiters email I think a month after applying. Recruiter’s initial email was a long list of questions on specific technical areas and basic qualification questions. Then I got an interview invitation. It was the only and final round interview with the manager and 4-5 senior engineers/ team leads. 0 technical questions, 2-3 behavior questions, half of the interview was me sharing past experiences.
