Shady company.. it was nice to be flown out for final round interview but don't be fooled by the flash. They treat their employees unfairly, they keep a lot of information hidden, they put immense pressure on production and have a bad overall company culture

Comprehensive in person interview process held at Saddle Creek Corporate headquarters in Lakeland, FL. It included 5, 30 minute interviews with senior executives of the company over 2 days. Questions varied from personality questions to work/college experience questions. They will fly you down to their location, pay for a rental car and hotel for your stay, and take you out for happy hour and dinner. You will also end the day of interviews with lunch brought in and a panel style interview with all candidates and executives.
